It is understood by any and all recipients of this document that ALL information contained within this Request for Partnership Proposals (RFPP) Information Memorandum is confidential information and must remain confidential. Recipients of this Information Memorandum, or any individual that has access to this document, or permission from the Province to view this document, will not disclose ANY of the information contained within this document at any point now or in the future to any other third party, unless required to do so in accordance with the law.
2. The information within this document that should remain confidential at all times and includes, but is not limited to, the following: Information relating to the Province, Sophia Housing Association, information relating to interests in property held by the Province, any and all background information on the subject lands and the Province’s plans or intentions, information relating to third parties that have dealings with the Province.
