The Province is subject to several canonical and state regulators from whom consent for any Partnership Proposal is required:

• Ireland Scotland Province

• Mother House

• Archbishop of Dublin

 

• Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples (Rome)

• Charities Regulatory Authority (Ireland)

 

All approvals and consents require independent appraisal/valuation of proposals relative to Market Value of the lands.
